This special page allows you to register for our next school.  It provides dates, location for the school, our payment policy and liability waiver.  It also allows you to make your deposit with either a check or credit card.

Dates and Location

Lifetime Hockey's 2009 Summer School will be July 22 -26, 2009. School check in is on the afternoon of Wednesday July 22. The school starts Thursday morning and concludes at noon on Sunday.

  • Parade Ice Garden is located near downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. Parade is the practice facility for the NHL's  Minnesota Wild.

  • Lifetime Hockey provides a list of local hotels for our out-of-town participants. 

  • Minneapolis provides visitors with an exceptional range of activities beyond hockey.  Find out more about the  Minneapolis Metropolitan area  here.

  • If you would like to share a room with another player,  please contact Mark@Lifetimehockey.com and he will pair you up with another participant.

Cost

  • Tuition for the 2009 Lifetime Hockey Summer School is $545.00.  Lifetime Hockey Alumni receive a $75 discount for a price of $470.  Once you attend a Lifetime Hockey school you are eligible for the alumni discount for the rest of your playing career.
  • An additional $50 Early Bird discount is available for both first timers and alumni if  either a full or partial payment is made by May 15, 2009.
  • Only $200 is required as a partial payment to hold your place in the school.  This $200 needs be paid before May 15, 2009. The discounted balance must be paid by July 10, 2009. 

     

Beginner - Intermediate

Identifying your skill level is important to us because we want you to be placed in an appropriate group so that you can have fun, be successful and improve your confidence.   Our working definitions: 

  • Beginner:   "A player who has played less than three years and is still learning the basics of skating, shooting and passing.
  • Intermediate:   "A player who has played more than three years of hockey and has the basic ability to skate, shoot and pass." 

Goalies - Teams
Lifetime Hockey has special arrangements for Goalies.  Our complement of Goalies is now full .  If you would like to be on our waiting list  please contact Mark for details.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a registrant desires to cancel his/her registration, Lifetime Hockey will extend a credit of the deposit or other monies paid, toward the next year's Lifetime Hockey School tuition (the current years' tuition rate is guaranteed for the following year in the event of a price increase.)


Assumption of Risk

(Watch out—legal requirements ahead!)  In registering, I acknowledge and understand that ice hockey is an inherently dangerous sport. (That’s why we wear so much protective equipment).  I acknowledge, understand, and assume all risks and hazards incidental to and/or inherent in the conduct of ice hockey and any activities associated with the 2007 Lifetime Hockey  School.  I agree to be solely responsible for all medical, and other costs arising from my injuries I may receive while participating in Lifetime Hockey's programs and assume all risks associated with them.
 
What to Bring

Please bring a full set of gear including a helmet with at least a half visor. Click here for a detailed list of equipment and other items we suggest you bring.
